The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is now known as 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline; once again please dial 988 for free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24/7.

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams

ACT is an intensive nonresidential treatment and rehabilitative mental health service that provides a single, fixed point of responsibility for treatment, rehabilitation and support needs for clients. Services are offered 24/7, in a community-based setting.

Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs)

CCBHC is an integrated clinic and service delivery model that uses a cost-based reimbursement structure. This new service delivery model aims to integrate mental health and substance use disorder service provision, coordinate care across settings and providers to ensure seamless transitions for individuals across the full spectrum of health and social services, increase consistent use of evidence-based practices, and increase access to high-quality care.
